Tilt and turn window / fixed window combination

Features:

• Combination window with an operable single or French window combined with a fixed window. 

• The fixed window can be specified above or below the operable window.

• Available manufactured from meranti, larch, European spruce, and oak.

• Factory pre-finished with natural or solid color interior and exterior finish.

• Optional jamb extensions and exterior casing are available.

• Available with standard 4 point locking hardware or enhanced security 10 point locking hardware.

• Standard rain return rail is clear anodized aluminum for painted windows and for stain finished European spruce and larch windows.  Natural finished meranti and oak windows are manufactured with dark bronze anodized rain return rail.

• Optional roll-down or removable insect screens are available.
